“Love your neighbor”… seems like a simple command. Why don’t Jehovah’s Witnesses get involved in their community? Give to charities? Feed the homeless? Donate clothing or money to those in need? The Governing Body discourages it and frequently ask that all resources be sent to them in New York. But it’s WORSE than you think! The needs and protection of children, as well as those in life or death circumstances are ignored in favor of … ‘hope’ in a fairy tale… and a Watchtower magazine.
